I disturbi della vita in Italia...

Hmm.... In order to accept a present shipped from home, I have to pay a tax over double the cost of the original gift, fill out three forms completely in Italian, and go to the post office to discuss with them what the purpose of the package is. Not to mention I won't even get the box for another couple days since it cant be moved from Milan until it has finished being processed.... Thank you Italian government. As a general request, while I love them dearly and hate to say it, please do not send me anything over the rest of the semester. Apparently there is a possible 5 euro charge and paperwork for cards, too. So emails are just perfect! Grazie!
